3. Our Roles

Data Controller: When we collect information directly from you (website visitors, prospective clients, merchants, authorized users, support contacts), we act as the data controller and determine how your data is processed.

Data Processor/Service Provider: When we process end-customer data on behalf of merchants through Merchant Apps, we act as a data processor. The merchant is the data controller and determines how end-customer data is collected and used. In these cases, please contact the merchant directly for rights requests regarding your personal information.

Account and Registration Information:
